VENUE

Q: What are your wedding venue options?
A: We have a choice of 7 different venues – both, indoor and outdoor – which can be used separately or in conjunction for the main event and other lead-up events. For details on these, including capacity and seating options, please refer to the Events section here Floor plans are also available on request.

Q. When should we book the venue
A. We recommend booking venues at least 6-10 months in advance.

Q: Will the venue be available in advance for setting up the wedding?
A: The availability of the venue will depend on other bookings. So if your set-up is an elaborate one, we recommend you factor this in at the time of booking, and place your booking request for the day you need to begin setting up.

WEDDING PLANNING & LOGISTICS

Q: Do you have wedding planning services
A: Yes. We have a dedicated Events Team that will assist in wedding planning, customizing and supervising every event from start to finish; with special attention to details. We have also empanelled some of the finest wedding planners, including Red Events, Vivah, Mystical Moments and Perfexion Events – The Wedding Planning Company. They have been handpicked based on the variety of themes they offer, the services extended by them and their expert understanding of the wedding party’s requirements.

Q: Will you provide any entertainment?
A: Yes, if you’d like us to, we’d be happy to arrange for music and other entertainment via our empanelled wedding planners.

Q: Do we need any licenses for entertainment?
A: Local laws may mandate entertainment licences. We will advise you on the same once we have a thorough understanding of the nature of entertainment you require.

Q: Can you recommend vendors for flowers, music, photography and other needs?
A: Yes. We have several vendors under empanelment to provide for your needs. Renowned tent house providers Bobby Tent and Singhvi Tent, florists like Kolkata Flowers, as well as others for music and photography.

Q: Can we get our own decorators or do you provide decorations?
A: You are absolutely free to bring in your own decorators. However, we do recommend our empanelled decorators as they are experts at making the best of the aesthetics of the hotel, and will relieve you of the hassles of supervision and quality control.

Q. Will we be allowed to have the wedding ceremony at the hotel?
A: Yes. We are sensitive to and accommodate all traditions, cultures and community customs. We only ask that any ceremony adhere to the hotel’s fire prevention and safety standards.

Q. Do you allow baraats?
A. Yes, we do. However we would require the logistics and needs of your ceremonies to be discussed with the hotel team to ensure we can accommodate what you need. Also, we cannot allow fireworks in and around the hotel premises for fire-safety reasons.

Q. Is there a time restriction on the celebrations?
A: Yes. Local laws state that music can only be played until 10:pm outdoors, and until midnight indoors.

F&B

Q: Will you customize my wedding menu?
A: Yes, we’re always happy to oblige specific preferences. Our culinary experts will help you craft a menu to suit your guest’s tastes / special requirements.

Q. What types of cuisines do you offer?
A: Our menus are vast and varied, covering an array of domestic and international cuisines, which can, in turn be tailored to your event. We place special emphasis on live-stations, authenticity and freshness of food.

Q. Do you cater to special food requirements such as Jain and pure vegetarian menus?
A: We lay special emphasis on authentic food and do cater to Jain, Rajasthani and pure-vegetarian food requirements.

Q. Do you provide live stations?

A. Yes, we do. All menus are tailor-made as per your requirement, spanning various authentic cuisines with a special emphasis on live stations and freshness.

Q: Can I have a food sampling session?
A: Absolutely. We have the ability to cater our food and beverage offerings to a wide variety of tastes, and will be happy to organise a food sampling session to ensure your menu matches your and your guests’ expectations.

Q: Can we arrange for outside alcoholic beverages?
A:  Once again, we recommend our own beverages so you have the very best quality. However, we suggest for any other option feel free to contact our F & B Manager.    

Q: Can we have our own wedding cake or does the hotel provide one?
A: Whichever way you prefer it. You are welcome to arrange for your own cake. But we would be happy to help if you’d like us to arrange for one for you.

ACCOMMODATION & OTHER SERVICES

Q. Do you offer special wedding guest accommodation packages?
A: Yes, we have customised guest packages to meet all your requirements. We will also make things more convenient with separate hospitality desks and group check-ins.

Q. Are there spa and salon services within the hotel?
A: Yes. We offer extensive in-house spa and salon services, provided by the renowned beauty company, SVA. You and your guests can avail of these at the hotel’s fitness centre and spa.
